Andy Summers and Robert Fripp / The Complete Recordings 1981 – 1984 (3CD/Blu-Ray)

Andy Summers and Robert Fripp’s two collaborative albums from the early 1980s will be brought together – along with a third ‘new’ album made up of unreleased material – and presented as a 3CD+blu-ray set called The Complete Recordings 1981-1984.
Both albums, I Advance Masked (1982) and Bewitched (1984) are presented on CD and on the blu-ray in 5.1 surround and hi-res (24/96) stereo.
The new album assembled from previously unreleased / recently discovered recordings is called Mother Hold The Candle Steady and this is on CD 3 and again, on the blu-ray in 5.1 and hi-res stereo.
Additionally, even more treasures and mixes from Fripp’s sessions/ tapes can be found in an audio documentary called ‘Can We Record Tony’. This is available in edited form at the end of the third CD and in full on the blu-ray.
This 4-disc set is packaged in a 10-panel book-sized digisleeve with 16-page booklet including new sleeve notes by Sid Smith and notes on the recordings by King Crimson producer David Singleton.
The Complete Recordings 1981-1984 will be released on 28 March 2025 via DMGLive.
