Diamond Dogs is the eighth studio vinyl record by English musician David Bowie, released on 24 May 1974 on RCA Records, and reissued by Warner on vinyl on the 10th of February 2017 in Ireland. The album follows Pin-Ups, and continues on the glam-rock, iconic image of Bowie’s previous albums, mixing his music with his love of literature, creating a concept album based on the post-apocolyptic world of Orwen’s novel 1984. The album features singles Rebel Rebel, Diamond Dogs and 1984.
