The American blues, jazz and rock guitarist Robben Ford
released his album Talk To Your Daughter in 1988, around
Ford’s most fertile period of his career. He worked as a
session musician for Kiss, Miles Davis and Steely Dan
amongst others. The album features “Born Under A Bad
Sign”, which was a cover of Albert King and was used as
a supporting soundtrack in the Clint Eastwood movie Pink
Cadillac (1989). During the same year as the the release
of Talk To Your Daughter, the album received a Grammy
nomination for Best Contemporary Blues Recording.
Talk To Your Daughter is available as a limited edition of
1000 individually numbered copies on translucent blue
coloured vinyl.
